Design the range around the packing routine
Check how a box opens, fills, closes and stacks at your counter. A tall burger, a filled wrap and fries need different shapes. Request the relevant dimensions and try samples with the staff who will pack the food.
Three formats worth comparing
A closed burger box provides a defined pack for an individual portion. A wrap box or open wrap cup changes how the food is presented and held. A fry cone or kraft food tray offers an open snack format; delivery may need an additional outer pack.
Keep the brand consistent without forcing one design
Different shapes have different printable areas. Adapt artwork to each format and agree logo placement and colour references during proofing. Confirm food-contact suitability and any grease or heat requirements for the final construction.
