What is the minimum order quantity?
The usual starting point is 30,000 units per item, or 50,000 for custom printing. Confirm the MOQ for the selected size, material and packing format before ordering.
How long does production take?
The standard reference is approximately 30 days after order confirmation. Custom artwork, sample approval and the production schedule can affect timing. Ask for a confirmed production and shipping plan; transit time is separate.
Can I request samples before a bulk order?
Yes. Send the item code, size, intended food or beverage and destination. Ask which samples are available and confirm sample, customization and courier costs before dispatch.
What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
For this website, OEM means discussing production to your agreed artwork and specification. ODM means discussing adaptations to an existing packaging format. New structures, tooling, testing and ownership of designs must be agreed separately; not every request can use an existing mould or dieline.
What should I send for custom printing?
Send your logo or artwork, intended colours, product dimensions, quantity and destination. Request the appropriate dieline before final layout. Confirm image rights and approve a proof or physical sample before production.
Which certificate applies to my product?
Start with the certificate library, then ask for a match to your exact item and manufacturing entity. The supplied BPI document covers printed paper straws up to 352 g/m². The two DIN records have different holders and cover kraft containers or upstream resin, not every CORNCOMP item.

Do not assume so from the paper appearance alone. Coatings, inks, windows and lids matter. Ask for finished-product evidence and the applicable composting conditions. PP and PET components on this website are not advertised as compostable.

Yes. Tell us the destination country, delivery location and expected quantity. Freight, shipping terms, import documents and delivery dates are confirmed with the quotation rather than assumed from a product page.
Can we arrange a factory visit or video call?
Factory visits and video discussions can be arranged individually. Share your preferred dates, attendees and the products or processes you want to review so the team can confirm availability.
Which straw should I choose for my drink?
Describe drink thickness, temperature, cup depth and expected use time. Compare diameter and length in the catalogue, then test samples with the actual drink. Do not treat one sample result as a guarantee for every beverage.
What if an order arrives with an issue?
Contact the team with the order reference, item code, batch or carton details, affected quantity and photographs. Keep the relevant packaging for traceability. The cause and resolution are reviewed against the agreed order specification.
Can I order the Disney or Great Value designs shown?
These photographs are project references, not an unrestricted offer to reproduce third-party designs. For your order, provide artwork you are entitled to use and confirm the approved specification with our team.
