Measure the finished dessert
A scoop count does not describe the space needed for toppings or spoon access. Test the intended serving in the cup and allow for the way staff portion and present it. Check usable volume with a sample rather than an item code.
Coordinate the cup and serving accessories
Compare cup dimensions alongside spoon length and stiffness. For a tasting counter, a smaller serving may be appropriate; takeaway desserts may need a different cup and a confirmed lid. Ask about availability before finalising the menu pack.
Confirm cold-use conditions
Tell us whether the cup is filled to order, chilled in advance or intended for freezer storage. These are different requirements. Ask for the applicable material specification and test a sample under your real conditions before approving the order.
